Senior Spirit is a group of 300 active seniors (age 50+) in West Baton Rouge and Iberville Parishes who enjoy traveling, walking, dancing, dining, birdwatching, and biking together. Weekly activities include aerobics, weights, quilting, card games, and cornhole. Senior Spirit also organizes periodic bus trips for its members to visit areas across Louisiana and the southern United States.
